2022 STA/FIBER BUYERS JOINT ANNUAL MEETING SPONSORSHIP INVITATION 

As a sponsor for the following events you will receive the following recognition:

Premier Sponsor $1,000 - As a Premier Sponsor your company will be recognized throughout the entire event and on all signage for all meeting activities.  Your company will be recognized as a meeting sponsor in a special email blast prior to and following the meeting that will include info on your company along with company logo and link to your company website.  Everyone from your company attending the meeting will receive a special meeting amenity and will be recognized with a sponsor ribbon on their namebadge.

Welcome Reception Sponsor $600 - The Welcome Reception will be held on the evening of Monday, June 27 and will be attended by all meeting registrants and their spouse/guest.  As a Welcome Reception Sponsor your company will be recognized on the signage which will be displayed during the Welcome Reception.  Your company will be recognized as a meeting sponsor in an email blast prior to and following the meeting.  Everyone from your company attending the meeting will receive a special meeting amenity and will be recognized with a sponsor ribbon on their namebadge.

Dinner Dance Reception Sponsor $600 - The Dinner Dance Reception will be held on the evening of Tuesday, June 28 prior to the Dinner Dance and will be attended by all meeting registrants and their spouse/guest.  As a Dinner Dance Reception Sponsor y company will be recognized on the signage which will be displayed during the receptioin.  Your company will be recognized as meeting sponsor in an email blast prior to and following the meeting.  Everyone from your company attending the meeting will receive a special meeting amenity and will be recognized with a sponsor ribbion on their namebadge.

Dinner Dance Sponsor  $600 - The Dinner Dance will be held the evening of Tuesday, June 28 and will be attended by all meeting registrants and their spouse/guest.  As a Dinner Dance Sponsor your company will be recognized on the signage which will be displayed during the dinner dance.  Your company will be listed in an email blast prior to and following  the meeting.  Everyone from your company attending the meeting will receive a special meeting amenity and will be recognized with a sponsor ribbon on their namebadge.

STA Business Breakfast Sponsor $400 - The STA Business Breakfast will be held the morning of Tuesday, June 28 and will be attended by all STA member registrants.  As a Breakfast Sponsor your company will be recognized on the signage which will be displayed during the Breakfast.  Your company will be recognized as a meeting sponsor in an email blast prior to and following the meeting.  Everyone from your company attending the meeting will be recognized with a sponsor ribbon on their namebadge.

Joint General Session Continental Breakfast Meeting $400 - The Joint General Session Continental Breakfast will be held the morning of Wednesday, June 29 and will be attended by all meeting registrants.  As a Breakfast Sponsor your company will be recognized on the signage which will be displayed during the Breakfast.  Your company will be recognized as meeting sponsor in an email blast prior to and following the meeting.  Everyone from your company attending the meeting will be recognized with a sponsor ribbon on their namebadge.

Speakers Sponsor $400 - This year we have an excellent slate of speakers and your support in helping cover the speakers expenses ensures the quality of our meeting.  As a speakers sponsor your company will be recognized on the signage which will be displayed during the General Sessions.  Your company will be recognized as a speakers sponsor in an email blast prior to and following the meeting.  Everyone from your company attending the meeting will be recognized with a sponsor ribbon on their namebadge.

Beach Outing Sponsor $100 - The Beach Outing will be held on Tuesday afternoon, June 28 on the beach in front of the hotel.  Refreshments, music and games will be provided.  This event will be attended by many meeting registrants and their family members.  As a Beach Sponsor your company will be recognized on the signage which will be displayed during meeting registration.  Your company will be recognized as a meeting sponsor in an email blast prior to and following the meeting.   

Bingo Sponsor $100 - The Bingo will be held on Tuesday afternoon, June 28.  Prizes and refreshements will be provided.  This event will be attended by many meeting registrants and their family members.  As a Bingo Sponsor your company will be recognized on the signage which will be displayed during meeting registration and during bingo.  Your company will be recognized as a meeting sponsor in an email blast prior to and following the meeting. 

Golf Hole Sponsor $100 - The Golf Tournament will be held on Tuesday afternoon, June 28 at the Shipyard Golf Course.  Each golf hole sponsor will have a sign with your company name which will be displayed on one of the golf holes.  Your company will also be listed as a meeting sponsor on meeting signage which will be displayed during meeting registration.  Your company will be recognized as a meeting sponsor in an email blast prior to and following the meeting.
