Greg Bowcott, 30+ years of experience in the financial services arena, serving as CEO for several mortgage banking and consumer lending organizations. Among those are Citicorp, Wells Fargo, Security Pacific, Norwest, Gibraltar Savings, and Indy Mac. In those capacities, Greg has supervised production, operations, servicing and numerous administrative functions. He has been successful in several start-up operations, and has redesigned business processes for other companies desiring to reposition themselves in evolving markets. In addition, he has been successful in his existing mortgage banking consulting practice, with numerous national lenders among his clients.

Mahrokh Baniani – has extensive experience in supply chain management, process improvements and business operations. She spent 25 years at Target Corporation working in various operational roles, including Senior Industrial Engineer and Project Manager. She managed a wide range of projects from inception through proof of concept, pilot testing and ultimately final rollout. In addition to her direct roles, Mahrokh mentored many people during her extensive career at Target.  She is also intimately familiar with small business fundamentals and entrepreneurship playing a key role in her husband’s franchise operations with Domino’s Pizza and other entrepreneurial business ventures. Mahrokh has a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Engineering from University of Polytechnique in Tehran, Iran and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Minnesota.
