Larry Destro’s experience includes running and implementing accounting systems for small and large companies (PepsiCo, Dunkin' Brands) and in Operations, primarily in the restaurant industry (Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut, Baskin-Robbins, Dunkin' Brands, and Taco Del Mar).While most of his experience has been in restaurants and franchise systems, he has also held roles in manufacturing, start-ups and education and has helped implement LEAN programs to improve operational efficiency and profitability. His areas of expertise include: business and strategic planning, turnarounds and repositioning companies, Operations (particularly restaurants and manufacturing), accounting and budgeting and Managing a Business to Build a Competitive Advantage.

Joseph Kruvi’s career encompass 30 years of Hospitality experience with over 20 in the US, in domestic and international Hotels Operations, Food and Beverage, Marketing, Sales, Revenue/Yield Management, Retail and Trade Contract and Lease Negotiations, Budgeting and Financial Analysis.

Joseph’s well rounded expertise and experience has evolved around General Business Operations, Business Asset Management, and Special Projects Management such as launching new restaurants, bars and retail/spa outlets, New Hotels Openings, Return On Investment Projects and Operational Financial Analysis as well as Leadership and Management of Multi-Unit Properties.  Recently he won the Hilton Genius and… Award for his business acumen, launching new initiatives and consistently exceeding targets.
