HOAs sometimes face a Board Member (or two) who believes they are "in charge." The Board Member takes action without full Board approval, interrupts Board Meeting discussions and imposes their will upon the HOA. This seminar will discuss overbearing Board Members and how Boards can overcome an overbearing Board Member.
