Michigan Fire Service Instructors Association Educational Conference 

We hope you will join us for the 72nd Annual MFSIA Educational Conference. There are many classes this year which different Instructors from across the State of Michigan will be teaching. The MFSIA Board Meeting and elections will be held on Friday Morning 9:30am - 11:30am in the Grandview Room.

Regional and "Instructor of the Year" Awards will be presented on Friday during lunch, just prior to the Michigan Fire Fighters Training Council Meeting at 1:00 pm  in the Grandview Room.

The Annual Banquet and Dance/Karaoke/Door Prizes will be held on Friday night from 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm in the Grandview Room.

NFPA 1021 Fire Officer I & Fire Officer II Train the Trainer:

Registration: To attend Train the Trainer FO I & II Class to teach, individuals must be registered for the MFSIA Conference and submit an email of interest along with copies of qualifying certificates to Andrea Keown at keowna@michigan.gov inbox by 5:00 pm on November 12, 2021.Important: If accepted, you will receive a confirmation from the Bureau of Fire Services by 5:00 pm on November 15, 2021. The Navigate course code will be emailed to accepted participants closer to the class date. Please do not register in Jones & Bartlett Navigate until you have received confirmation from the bureau that you have been accepted.
