• Learn how the Thoughtful Classroom Teacher Effectiveness Framework provides teachers and administrators with a clear blueprint for good instruction.

• Use select elements of the Framework to conduct video-based classroom observations and collect evidence of good practice.

• Learn how to use practical leadership tools like The Four Ps of Effective Feedback to improve evaluation and help teachers refine their practice.

• Learn how to target professional development to each teacher's needs and professional learning goals.
