Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid is a SAMHSA nationally recognized program designed to give people key skills to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis. This 8-hour course will teach participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness or substance use disorders.
