New River Rendezvous X

NRAC's annual fundraising shindig, now in it's 10th year! 3 days of celebrating climbing at the NRG. All proceeds go right back into the park in the form of: trail improvements, anchor replacement, and fostering goodwill with our buddies at the NPS. Your entry fee covers: Fri Festivities, Dinner Sat, Sumo/Dyno Comp, Live Music, Beverages & more

For more updates on the event, check out NRAC's website and be sure to fan us on Facebook.

Rendezvous X has only 600 spaces available. This is a close and cozy event for our best friends and supporters—to be one of the few, make sure you register early.

Register before May and the cost is only $30/person—still the least expensive climbers' rendezvous in America. Once we hit May, if we still have spaces left, admission will rise to $35.

After you register, you will be asked to print out your confirmation. YOU MUST BRING THAT CONFIRMATION WITH YOU TO THE EVENT. IT IS YOUR TICKET.

When you register, you will be asked to confirm a few items of note. One of those is that you understand camping AND parking are spread out this year between the Rendezvous venue (Burnwood) and the new American Alpine Club campground—and it's on a first come, first served basis. The AAC campground is a beautiful, tightly wooded space with room for a couple hundred. We expect it to be a little quieter there. Dogs are allowed at the AAC campground, as well—but NOT at Burnwood. Not even on a leash. Those camped at the AAC campground will not be able to park at Burnwood at all over the weekend, BUT there is trail access between the two, and we will have a complimentary shuttle, courtesy of local resort, Adventures On the Gorge.

You will also have the opportunity to register for CLINICS. If you choose this option, you will be contacted by the Vous Clinic manager who will help place you in the appropriate clinic, based on availability and your experience level.  For more info on the clinics that will be offered, go to New River Mountain Guides clinic page.

Thanks, everybody! Get ready! Get registered!
