NPO CONNECT September Meeting - Delegation: Developing Others to Advance Your Organization & Career

Delegation is a key skill for job success. However, it is less than universally practiced. In fact, many people sabotage their careers, and those of their subordinates, by their inability or failure to delegate. Delegation frees you to tackle more important jobs... to plan, to set goals, or to track the progress of your team. Delegation multiplies your productivity.

People who are growing are more productive. People who are learning gladly accept increased responsibility. When you have subordinates who are capable to taking over all of your work, you are available for promotion to a higher level with no threat to the organization's continued smooth operation. This webinar will challenge your roadblocks to delegation and provide a step-by-step process to empower others to perform tasks you once fulfilled so that you and your organization can progress to the next level of performance.
