Each year LOREDC honors persons and businesses in our tri-county region who have made significant accomplishments towards our region’s economic success. Nominations are made via an application process to the LOREDC Marketing Committee. The categories include Small and Large Business Partner of the Year, Emerging Venture of the Year, Business Person of the Year, and Employee of the Year.

The LOREDC organization is governed by a nine-member Board of Directors with three-year terms, one-third of whom are elected annually. The Board of Directors appoints a Nominating Committee to assist in the process of presenting a slate of candidates to the membership.
