Meet the Speaker:
Kim Wilcoxon
Kim Wilcoxon is a partner in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group at Thompson Hine LLP. She has been with Thompson Hine for over thirteen years and has significant experience advising employers and other benefit plan professionals on employee benefits matters, with a particular focus on welfare benefit plans and the Affordable Care Act. She is also a frequent speaker and author on topics relating to employer-provided welfare benefit plans, and she facilitates roundtables where employers come together to share questions and solutions about benefit plan compliance. Kim received a B.A. in Speech Communication from Miami University and her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati. She has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America, as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star, and as a YWCA Academy of Career Women of Achievement Rising Star.
