In the second seminar of the series, a local Paychex Human Resource professional will cover some of the most important issues related to employee management. Some of the topics that will be covered include executing an effective hiring and recruiting process, progressive discipline and how it can be used to deal with employee performance issues, handling policy violations, and some of the legal issues employers may encounter with respect to terminations.
