2017 AIAT Holiday Gathering/Annual Meeting

This year we are testing out a different format for our annual Chapter Meeting. We are moving the meeting to the evening. We will have grazing and cocktails, conduct a small amount of year-end chapter business and end the evening with a design presentation.

The full Annual Report will be emailed to the chapter in advance for review prior to the meeting. There will be limited copies available during the meeting.

Our goal with this changed format is to conduct official chapter business and voting within a half hour and then move on to our design presentation. During the business portion, we will hear from the outgoing Chapter President and vote on the 2018 Executive Committee nominees as well as the proposed 2018 Budget. Comments and questions about the remaining content of the annual report can be raised for discussion after Nominee & Budget voting concludes.

As a reminder, we need AT LEAST 10% of eligible voting members (AIA, FAIA, AIA EMERITUS) present to conduct business so please attend!
