David Mann, President & CEO  - Lucas County Land Bank       

Program: 

The Lucas County Land Bank is a quasi-governmental organization whose mission is to strengthen neighborhoods by helping to return vacant, abandoned, and tax-delinquent properties to productive use.  David will discuss the challenges of vacant and abandoned property in Lucas County, the organization of the Land Bank and the efforts that the Land Bank has made over the last 8 years to confront the problem, and special considerations for architects and other building professionals when working with the Land Bank on projects.
