Under The Big Top Community Resource Fair hosted by On The Road with PartnerCafe
On The Road with PartnerCafe is getting back to it's roots! Back in 2019 On The Road with PartnerCafe hosted a successful Disability Resource Fair at Mt. Tahoma High School. Then the pandemic hit and we had to figure out other ways to serve the communities of Pierce County, and we started reserving tables at events and farmers markets and sharing those spaces with our Community Partners.
Now it's 2023, and we are excited to be hosting an event once again! We invite you to join us at next "Under The Big Top" Community Resource Fair on March 24th at Dryer Masonic Center from 10am-2pm (Set up starts and 9am, and breakdown starts at 2pm).
We wanted to create a space, not just for On The Road, but to showcase all of our Community Partners (and more!) in one place. This Community Resource Fair is for YOU! We want to make space for all of you and to help you connect with people who could benefit from your or your organization's resources and information.
Our goal for this year is to gather our lovely circus of Community Partners and friends on the road to host at least 6 Community Resource Fairs
We are looking for vendors who cover these areas and more:- Housing
- Mental Health
- Healthcare (Medical Coverage)
- Healthcare (Medicare)
- Aging and Disability
- Special Needs
- Transportation
- Education
- Autism Support
- Dementia & Alzheimer's Support
- Youth & Young Adults
- Counseling
- Veterans Services
Event Fees
In order to help us cover the costs of this event, we are charging a fee. Payment will include the reservation of a booth space at our event. There will be 6ft tables provided.
