If you have an hour a day (weekdays only okay) and can hold your own on the phone, join us for training and calling. We're helping Americans for Prosperity make calls to Independent Voters, and we'd like to get another group together and make those calls. It's not difficult, it IS productive and important toward getting out the vote.

The next supper/meeting for Moore TEA Citizens will be on Monday evening, September 10th, at Russell's Southern Buffet in Southern Pines, from 5:30 - 7:30pm. Send your reservation today to attend, and bring friends! In September we're going to hear once again from Kevin Daniels, whose talk with us last month was so memorable. Kevin will fill us in on the GOP Convention in Tampa. We hope he will bring GOP Chairman Robin Hayes with him! And Kevin will also tell us more about the Frederick Douglass Foundation. He's the NC Chairman of FDF!

We will welcome your enthusiasm and ideas about the two political Conventions just held by then, and let's have discussions with candidates as well.

We will continue to sell raffle tickets for the beautiful quilt made by one of our Moore TEA members!

Mobile One

Have you seen the Billboards statewide on big roads? Here is a photo of the Mobile Billboard - read on!

At the Democrat Convention in Charlotte the Mobile Billboard was being driven by courageous Gary every day!

In 2012, the key word will be...ENOUGH!

By the way, the week of 9/3 welcomed the leaders of Tea Party Patriots to NC - we took N, E, W and S and back W again to see eight of the billboards. We also visited with TEA and Grassroots folks all over the state. Thanks to our host groups and individuals - the trip was unforgettable!
