Northeast Region Inter-agency Collaboration Summit

DDS, DMH, MRC and DCF staff are invited to the half-day of networking and informative discussion regarding agency processes for individuals across the age continuum.

Presentations include DDS, DMH, MRC and DCF representatives sharing agency updates, initiatives for individuals transitioning to adulthood, and individuals sharing their stories and dreams!
