Join two of Karmany Fort Worth's own yoga moms, Alex & Chris, and their kiddos for a playful afternoon with your little one to learn yoga postures, games, and techniques to encourage yoga play with your toddler. This workshop is open to parents and your 2-4 year old. Please limit one child per one adult. We will introduce yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditations in a way that will spark interest in a lifelong practice of mindfulness. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and prepare to have fun!
