Let Go - Restorative + Yoga Nidra

Come relax, unwind, and let go before the holiday season kicks off.  Beth will lead you through a restorative practice, using lots of props and support to allow you to fully release your worries.  The session will end with 45 minutes of yoga nidra (with some essential oils to really sweeten the deal).  $20 per person, before or at the door.
