This year, our Vacation Bible School, Maker Fun Factory  will help kids spark their creativity and become hands-on inventors.  During the week, kids will strengthen their faith as they discover they’re lovingly crafted by God.  VBS week is July 24-28, from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon.

The week will be filled with songs, crafts, science experiments, Bible lessons, delicious snacks, and fun outdoor games!  Kids will make new, lasting friendships and deepen their relationship with God.

Groups are divided up according to their rising grade level, from Pre-K (ages 3+ and potty-trained) through 6th grade.  Older teenagers are needed to help lead the groups and activities. 

Each morning begins with an opening gathering that introduces the Bible story for the day.  At the end of the week, we have a closing program (Friday, July 28) at 12:00n for parents, grandparents, and family friends.

VOLUNTEERS:   both adult and teenagers - are needed to make the week possible.  Please consider volunteering as a group leader, classroom helper, snack helper, photographer, decorating/set up volunteer (on Sunday, July 23), or substitute volunteer.  We can't have VBS without volunteers!  It's a fun week for volunteers as well as children, and the time commitment is only 3 hours a day for just one week out of the summer, or even just one morning!  For more information on how you can help, contact our VBS Registration Coordinator, Monica Smith, or speak with Father Tripp (770-888-4464 x 8001).

Space is limited, so register early.  The program is open to non-parishioners as well, so bring your friends!  The $30 cost covers the snacks and craft materials for each child, as well as a VBS T-Shirt and a CD of the week's songs and music that you can listen to at home or in the car (one CD per family).  

>> PLEASE NOTE:  The Registration Deadline is June 30.  After the 30th, you can still sign up, if there are extra spaces or if we have a cancellation.  However, we cannot guarantee that children who sign up after the deadline will receive a music CD or t-shirt.
