MAINE FUEL CODE UPDATE   8:30 AM – 10:00 AM  OR 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM                        Code update and review of current adopted codes that pertain to the oil, propane and natural gas industry. This presentation will consist of a power point presentation and an open floor for questions during the presentation. Solid fuel codes will be addressed on an as needed basis. Presented by Dale Hersey, State Fuel Inspector.                                                                                                                                                                                    All Licensees that are in the oil, propane, and natural gas industry are encouraged to attend.

MAINE STATE INTERNAL PLUMBING CODE 8:30 - 10:15 AM OR 10:30 AM - 12:15 PM  Common Plumbing Code Issues discussed and an open floor plan for questions.  Presented by Michael Day, State Plumbing Inspector.  

Brent Lawson, State Site Evaluator will be there if anyone has questions about the State's new subsurface rules, and Paul Demers, State Code Official will also be present to answer questions about the Plumbing Inspectors and certification program and the future plans to get the training into the community colleges.

AIR TO WATER HEAT PUMP TECHNOLOGY  10:30 AM - 12:30 PM                      Overview of air to water heat pump technology, including design, application and installation considerations.  Integrating an air to water heat pump in an existing or new residential hydronic system.  Understand the importance of buffer tanks, variable speed ECM circulators and dual differential pressure-less manifolds in an air to water system. Presented by John Barba, Director of Training Taco Comfort Systems.
