As a balloon crew volunteer, please arrive on time for your shift. You will meet at the festival location and meet the pilot and crew chief.
You will then ride with them to the launch site if it is a flight and assist with unpacking the balloon and inflating the balloon.
You will ride with the crew chief as he chases the balloon in the balloon chase vehicle.Once the balloon has landed you will help re-pack the balloon.
Additionally, you will help pass out our balloon trading cards complete with propane safety tips to festival attendees.
For balloon glows, the glows will be on-site at the festival. You will help to unpack balloon,
help anchor the balloon during the glow, and assist with repacking the balloon.
