Governance 101: The Board's Role and Responsibilities. In this jam-packed hour, we will review the Duties of Care, Loyalty and Compliance and walk through BoardSource's Top Ten Responsibilities. We will distinguish between the board's governance role and the administrative and program roles of the staff. Slides, handouts and a recording of the webinar will be made available to all registrants.
