2015-16 Registration

Registration begins April 25, 2015 through May 15, 2015.  To begin registration, click on the link below and complete the online portion and submit  a non- refundable $75.00 payment.  Payment can be made online via a credit card (no extra fee) or you can mail your check to the information listed on the registration form.  

Once you complete the online registration, you will receive a few additional items to complete and bring with you to your first evaluation. 

Evaluations will take place during the 3rd and 4th week in May.  Specific dates and times will be communicated individually through e-mail!  Looking forward to an amazing season!
