Join us for a fun learning experience.
We will start the afternoon off with the reading of "So What's it Like to be a Cat", a story of a young boy interviewing his cat for a class assignment. We will finish the day by making  enrichment toys for the kitties who are available for adoption at Pets Alive.

All age groups are welcome, as one is never too young or too old to show compassion and respect to animals and people.

There is no charge for attending but attendees are encouraged to bring paper towels or kitchen garbage bags to benefit the animals at Pets Alive.

We do ask that you register so we know how many will be attending.

The goal of the Pets Alive Kids Team Humane Education program is to encourage an understanding of the need for compassion, empathy and respect for animals, as well as for people and the environment, recognizing the interconnectedness of all living beings/things.

We will be utilizing various education methods including story reading, critical thinking and crafts, all of which will help our Pets Alive Kids Team learn to make responsible decisions and inspire them to make the world a better place.
