Join The New Castle Historical Society 

The New Castle Historical Society is the only community organization that has the mission to save New Castle’s history and to share it with present and future generations. As a member of the Society, you’ll join a group of enthusiastic people that enjoy discovering New Castle’s past, preserving our heritage and sharing our history with others through a variety of museums, programs and events. 

In addition to helping support our work of preserving New Castle historic buildings, artifacts, photos, and documents, as a member you’ll enjoy  

• Unlimited free admission to the Amstel House, Dutch House and Old Library Museum
• Free admission for four guests per membership per year to the Amstel and Dutch Houses
• 10% discount on purchases in our museum shops
• Invitations to the annual garden party, exhibit openings and other Society programs
• Reduced or free admission to certain Society events, including lectures and special exhibits
• The Society's newsletter, Tidings

In addition to the above benefits, members that join the Society as "1651 Benefactors" enjoy the following additional benefits:

• Free admission for four additional guests per membership per year to the Amstel and Dutch Houses
