Lightening Up and Releasing Body Clutter 

An 8 week class for people who are really ready to change. Participants will explore their physical, mental, and emotional “Bodies” through the Expressive Arts, Self Integration, Compassionate Communication, Authentic Movement, and Feng Shui. LIGHTEN UP; forgive the past, live mindfully in the present, and set realistic goals for the future.

The Learning for Life Center is Offering an 8 week Class, and/or LaVetta is available to meet with you privately?

YOU ARE INVITED to join LaVetta for this interesting and potentially life changing experience through learning the new ABC’s, AUTHENTICITY, BRAVERY, & COMPASSION  (first of all for YOUR SELF.)  TOGETHER we will create ways to help you meet those needs in NEW WAYS!

THE CLASS: Lightening Up & Releasing Body Clutter
Thursdays - March 30;  April 6, 13, 27, & May 4, 11, 18, 25
From 7:00 - 9:30 pm for Eight Weeks
We will learn about  our various “Bodies” (Physical, Mental, Emotional,) and our different “Selves” (High Self, Judge Self, Body Self, Outer Self,) and explore how they are directly related to how we live in our “Environments” (homes, cars, offices, desks, and bedrooms,) All of these things are representations of what is going on inside of us.

This is a class for anyone who wants to change at least one aspect of his/her life. 
We will be exploring our own Inner Landscapes via many forms of Expressive Arts, Self Integration, Compassionate Communication, Authentic Movement and Feng Shui Fun. This class is a committed 8 week class (every Thursday) for those folks who are ready… really ready… to make changes in their lives!  It is also a light hearted way to truly lighten up, forgive the past, live mindfully in the present, and set realistic bite-size goals for the future.
