About this Class:
Participants will be introduced to the model of Compassionate Communication. Learners will practice communicating using a four-part model of Communication. This way of communicating is one that can be utilized for both expressing one’s feelings and needs, and listening deeply to other people's feelings and needs.
We encourage people to learn and experience this way of communicating by taking this class with another person. It might be a friend, family member, or a co-worker. After taking this class people report that they are able to express their feelings more easily and that enjoy calmer and more easeful interactions with their families and co-workers in new and exciting ways.
Compassionate Communication Classes help people to learn to live compassionately with themselves and others. It is especially important to have self-love and self-acceptance as we go deeply into becoming more conscious and more conscientious.
