About this Class
Participants will be introduced to the model of Compassionate Communication., and will practice communicating using a four-part model of Communication. This way of communicating can be utilized for both expressing one’s feelings and needs, and listening deeply to other people's feelings and needs.
We encourage people to participate in this class with another person; a friend, family member, or co-worker. When using CC, people report that they are able to express their feelings more easily and enjoy calmer and more easeful interactions with their children, their families, and their co-workers in new and exciting ways.
Compassionate Communication Classes help people learn to live compassionately with themselves and others. It is especially important to have self-love and self-acceptance as we go deeply into becoming more conscious and more conscientious.

LaVetta has been practicing and sharing Compassionate Communication since the 80’s, when she first met Dr. Marshall Rosenberg, the originator of the model. She is available for workshops at churches, schools, and businesses, as well as for private appointments at her office or in your home with your family. Verne has been learning and sharing CC since he met LaVetta 8 years ago. He gets to practice this EVERYDAY, at work, AND at home. (lol)
