As you all know, the Special Events Industry had been shattered in 2020. All of us in this industry have lost a lot of talent.

These positions are for our Waukesha and Milwaukee locations. We also have teams that meet at the job site.

What is exciting is you get to work on the lake front, in historical mansions, homes, and many MKE landmarks such as the Mitchell Park Domes, Greenhouse No. 7, Boerner Botanical Gardens, Milwaukee Public Museum, other cultural museums, and so much more.

We are looking for full-time, part-time, limited part-time, and on-demand workers. The part-time, limited part-time, and on-demand can be tailored around the applicant’s availability. We are very flexible. Our staffing coordinator and operations team are ready and willing to work with each individual staff on their detailed schedule. We are very experienced balancing staffs availability.

Wages start at $11 to $20 per hour. For example, a high school student would start at $11, and a college student who has had a few jobs would start at $12 to $13.50 – wages increase based on work experience and people experience. The wage you start at may not be the same even a month into employment based on the WOW you are providing our inside customer and paying customer.
