8:45-9:00a - Paddler meeting
9:00a - 6-mile SUP race (sanctioned - 3 divisions – surf style, 12’6” point race,and 14’ point race
9:30a - 2-mile SUP race (recreational - fun race for ages 13+; 3 divisions – surf style, 12’6” point race, and 14’ point race
10:30a - Sprint (family-friendly)
11:30a - Award ceremony
9a - 1p - Food served

Toms River Country Club is open for paddleboard dropoff, packet pickup and race day registration:

SUP the River is making a big splash to protect our Bay and support our community! This is a first-year event hosted by the Greater Toms River Chamber of Commerce. A portion of the proceeds with benefit the Barnegat Bay Partnership.
Additionally, there will be a "Best Dressed Viking" Contest sponsored by the Ocean County College Foundation! This year, Ocean County College launched a complete redesign of their Viking mascot, Vidar. SUP in your best viking style, and earn a chance to win $500 from the Ocean County College Foundation!
Spectators welcome. Open to the public.
