The Intelligent Transportation Society of Arizona is a state chapter of the Intelligent Transportation Society of America (ITS America). ITS Arizona is a non-profit organization consisting of transportation professionals dedicated to improving transportation efficiency and safety, using advanced technologies.

Note that Gold, Silver and Bronze sponsors will have first choice from among the premium booth locations, after which booths will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy: Up to 60 days from the start of the conference, a refund of 50% of fees paid will be made. No refunds will be provided after this date.

• Logo prominently displayed on a major gift item (Selected in consultation with ITS AZ Conference Chair)

Room Sponsor ($500)

• Name and logo exclusive to one session room
• One (1) conference registration and ITS Arizona membership
• Recognition in the conference program

Lanyard Sponsor ($1,000)

• Logo printed on 400 attendee lanyards (provided by sponsor)

Student Sponsorship Fund ($75)

• Generous donations to the Student Sponsorship Fund allow students from ASU, NAU, UA and other Arizona colleges to attend the event at no cost. Student Sponsors receive recognition in the conference program.

Raffle Prize Donation (FREE)

• Donate a prize to be raffled at the end of the conference and receive recognition of your donation when the prize winner is announced. Past donations have included gift cards and personal electronics.

Attendee Gift Sponsor (FREE)

• Provide 400 units of a promotional item, one of which will be given to each conference attendee; examples include pens, pencils, USB drives, notepads, calculators, etc.
