The Intelligent Transportation Society of Arizona is a state chapter of the Intelligent Transportation Society of America. ITS Arizona is a non-profit organization consisting of transportation professionals dedicated to improving transportation efficiency and safety, using advanced technologies.
Registration includes:
Wednesday, October 19, 2022 (half day)
Thursday, October 20, 2022 (full day)
Registration also includes an ITS Arizona membership through December 2023 and participants have the opportunity to self report PDHs and TARP Points.
Note that all attendees must register to attend, including speakers.
Registrant's name, organization, and email address will be shared to conference exhibitors at the end of the conference.
Masks will not be required, but will be available at the registration desk for optional use during the conference.
Cancellation Policy: While we do not anticipate either the City of Mesa or the Mesa Convention Center taking any action that would prevent the conference from taking place, the ITS Arizona Board has revised our cancellation policy, in the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel the event:
In the event of cancellation by an individual registrant, sponsor, exhibitor, a refund of 50% of fees paid will be made up to 30 days from the start of the conference. No refunds will be provided after this date, except in the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, in which case all registrants, sponsors, and exhibitors will receive a full refund.
