  Are you working for a healthier WV? This conference is for you!

Two idea-packed, inspiring days with like-minded people! Meet people from all over the state who are doing great things in their communities. Trade ideas ~ join forces ~ get inspired ~ have fun ~ plan next steps ~ help build a statewide movement!

         A feast of do-able ideas! Minigants to make your projects happen!

* Dozens of workshops! From community gardens to yoga/mindfulness in schools, from running programs to building a community recreation center, grantwriting to children's gardening, our workshop leaders really know their stuff!

* Affordable cost!  West Virginia Wesleyan gives us a very affordable price and workshop leaders donate their time, so we keep the registration cost low. SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE!

* Minigrants for your project!  If you come to the conference, you can apply for grants to help make your community project happen! If three or more people attend and plan as a team, you are eligible to apply. More information at www.trythiswv.com/minigrants.

* Team building! Brainstorm and plan in a stimulating, idea-filled atmosphere!

* Youth activities! Young people from 14 - 18 are encouraged to attend and participate. Younger children must be accompanied at all times by parents/guardians.

* Try This for Healthcare Professionals!  Thursday, June 11, the day before the Try This conference, there will be a special day for healthcare professionals (with CMEs). More details here. * CEUs are available. Teachers and nurses can get up to 6 non-degree graduate credits when they attend Try This. At registration, you will be able to fill out the paperwork.

* Scholarships available.  We have scholarships on a first-come, first-serve basis. Apply for scholarships before registering. See individual scholarships and group scholarships.

* Come early Thursday: Relax and be ready. Games and workshops on the green. Try paddle-boarding!  Go to a great Farm Tour and Farm Dinner at Dale Hawkins' farm outside Buckhannon. The dinner is a partner event. Sign up for it separately here. 

The price is $100 till June 1. Then it bumps up to $125 till July 15. $150 thereafter. Still a great deal!
