Yoga & Sound Healing | August

We will explore how tone, music and rhythm can enhance our awareness of the vibrational quality of subtle energies.  The workshop will use the themes of Fire and Space - here in the peak of summer - to build a warming yoga practice that is shaped to contain, clear and balance the heat of the season.
