The pandemic has required nonprofits to add agility and adaptability to our reservoirs as we face challenges including identifying new revenue sources, launching capital campaigns, and completing nonconventional real estate deals.

Our panelists together will offer their views from the perspective of a nonprofit engaging in social enterprise, a community foundation participating in a collaborative philanthropic initiative, and a professional with nonprofit clients reinventing the traditional real estate deal.

Known for managing my team a bit differently than the typical non-profit organization, I bring a high energy level, creative thinking, and work to empower everybody within the My Possibilities organization to create the greatest possible value for the people we serve. 

Eliza Solender, President, Solender/Hall, Inc.

Eliza Solender is the President of Solender/Hall, Inc., a commercial real estate and consulting company that specializes in assisting nonprofit organizations buy, sell, lease, manage and finance commercial real estate in the D/FW area.Her years in the oil industry, management consulting and commercial real estate enable her to quickly understand organizational issues. 

Matthew Randazzo, President & CEO, The Dallas Foundation

As a nonprofit CEO, I have led teams in raising over $600 million in philanthropy to expand high quality public education, improve college readiness, and increase STEM equity. Now as a Foundation CEO, I work closely with board members, staff, donors, and social sector leaders to help solve some of Dallas' largest challenges: child poverty, racial inequities, and economic disparities. Building coalitions of donors - both institutional and individual - is one of my greatest passions and drives me everyday. Team work makes the dream work - especially when addressing seemingly intractable social challenges.
