“Unify Upstate Landlords,” is in response to New York State Senate Bill S6458, also known as the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019, signed into law by Governor Cuomo on June 14. A bill that is drastically impacting the real estate industry in Upstate New York and forever changing the way landlords operate and manage their rental properties.

The purpose of the group’s first event, “Unify Upstate Landlords” is to bring together as many real estate professionals (residential, commercial, small, or large) to solidify a strategy with state legislators and lobbyists to push back on Albany and some of the parameters set forth in the new bill.

This bill affects all of us and we are stronger together. Please plan to gather your colleagues and join us.
