Dear Clients, Coalition Members, and Industry Partners,

On Friday, August 21, 2020 at the Ravenwood Golf Club, in Victor, New York the NY Capital Region Apartment Association (NYCRAA), who founded the coalition UnderOneRoof, will host the groups Inaugural Golf Outing to benefit lobbying efforts to fight back against laws like the HSTPA, and over-regulation of policy against landlords during COVID-19, and to prevent laws like Good Cause Eviction from passing in the State of New York.

As part of our fundraising agenda, we would like to take this opportunity to invite you to support this year’s event as a golfer, a sponsor, a contributor, and/or all of the above! Your participation, at any level, will provide recognition and networking opportunities for your company as well as help support UnderOneRoof.

The day will begin at 8:00 am with golfer registration and complimentary breakfast. All golfers will be scheduled at pre-determined tee times, which will be confirmed via email the Monday or Tuesday before the tournament. Golfers will go out on the front and back nine between 8:30-10:30 a.m., and complimentary lunch will be served at the turn.

After your day of play, you will hand in your scorecard and pick-up a third (and FREE) drink ticket, which can be used inside the banquet hall at the bar. Due to COVID-19 and new regulations, you will have limited time to mingle in the banquet hall and visit the vendor tables that are set-up, then you will need to grab your dinner-to-go and head home. On the registration page, you will have the opportunity to select your dinner option.

We will be selling 50/50 raffle tickets at the registration desk. Raffle winners, and the Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive winners will be announced on our virtual Awards Ceremony. Information for the virtual Awards Ceremony will be provide on a card in your tournament goodie bags.

UnderOneRoof supports New Yorkers living in rental apartments and those who own and operate them. The coalition works to protect New Yorkers' access to quality housing, increase the economic impact of rental properties and foster growth in the rental housing industry statewide.
