Use this page pay your registration fee for Pro Seniors' HRAP Program. The registration fee of $79.85 includes $4.85 in processing fees for the convenience of paying online. If you prefer to pay by check, the fee is $75.00.

To complete your HRAP registration, send Pro Seniors:

2) Malpractice liability insurance declarations page
