2018 workshop planning event

We'll be at the Graf Centre in UA for our first meeting focused on the 2018 workshop. Please plan on a full day (9:30-2:00)or until we get most of the application done, the survey out, logistical plans for the event sorted out, a budget devised, and a tentative meeting date for our next meeting.
