2019 Summer Camp - Advanced Robotics with the LEGO EV3 for Grades 6-12 (7109) 

This is a fun, introductory class using the powerful LEGO Mindstorms EV3 robotic system. Students will explore electrical and engineering concepts, build various robots with different sensors, and use the computer to program the robots to respond to the sensors and perform desired tasks.

4 days - 3 hours per day - $180

Required documents will be sent via email to the parent/guardian email listed above.  Each form will need to be filled out, signed, and brought to the first day of camp - July 22nd.  Please arrive a few minutes early to process all paperwork.

Daily Schedue

The camp will begin at 9:00 AM daily in the Delphi Lab in the Teachers College of San Joaquin at the San Joaquin County Office of Education.  Students will be provided an electronic device to use both days.  Camp is over each day at 12:00 PM.

What to Bring

Students should just bring themselves, but be prepared to have a sweater in case the air conditioning makes them a little chilly. 

Behavior Issues

This is an enrichment activity and any behavior issues will result in immediate dismissal and removal from the course with no refunds provided.

Cancellations:  If not paying by credit card, your check or journal payment must be sent at least 10-days prior to the workshop or event.  If the workshop or event is cancelled by SJCOE, participants will be notified and will obtain a full refund. No refunds or credit will be given to participants.
