The 2018 Officers and Board of Directors of TABA invite you to join us in Addison for the "2018 Spring Conference ."   We look forward to making this another learning and networking opportunity for our members and associates.  

Hotel

"The Renaissance Hotel Dallas (formerly the InterContinental) is a luxurious  hotel with an award winning restaurant and spa services, located in the business district of Addison. The hotel has recently renovated  its lobby, restaurant, bar and meeting space with a friendly contemporary feel that says Texas hospitality. There are hundreds of restaurants within minutes of the hotel.

The  Intercontinental Hotel is 11 miles from Love Field Airport and 20 miles from DFW Airport.

The TABA room rate for the conference is $182.00 and the room block pricing is good until April 3rd. Be sure to make your reservations early, the room rate will not be guaranteed after that date.  The Hotel logo in the left column is a link to the room reservation page.

Registration

Conference registration rates are listed below.  There is a discounted rate for additional registrants from the same company.  Your dues must be current to register at the “Member rate”.  Contact Phyllis Campbell if you are not sure about the status of your dues.   Late fees apply after April 3rd.

Account Managers Seminar

TABA is offering an Account Managers Seminar.  The sessions will run concurrently with the open sessions. The Seminar is designed to offer specialized training for account managers and employees that want to broaden their overall knowledge of Self Funded Insurance. Sessions are designed to bring a group of speakers together, that are experts in their fields, to offer training and insight into various areas of self funded insurance. Registration for the Account Managers Seminar is on the conference registration page.

Golf

There will be reserved tee times for those who want to play golf on Tuesday morning at the Bridges Course at Firewheel, in Garland.   There will be prizes and you can register and pay for golf on the online registration page when you register for the conference.  Tee times begin at 7:30.  

There are special golf sponsorships available, as well as tee box signs for your company's name that you can purchase.  Pricing is on the sponsorship registration page.

We have sponsorships available.  We appreciate the support of our Industry Partners.  You are an integral part of our conference and we couldn’t do it without you!  There is a link below to the sponsorship levels and what is included with the sponsorship.  You can register for a sponsorship on the same page that you register for the conference, or you can contact  Phyllis Campbell about sponsoring.   If your sponsorship includes a free registration, select "Sponsorship Only" in the registration section and the appropriate sponsorship below.

Silent Auction

We will have a Silent Auction at the Conference to benefit our PAC Fund.  If you have an item or service you would like to donate to the Silent Auction, please contact Phyllis Campbell or Denise Villagran.  Please support the auction at the conference.  If you cannot attend you can make a contribution directly to the PAC Fund.  Mail any contributions to the TABA office.  No corporate checks please.

We will be making contributions to Texas Legislators/Candidates that have shown support of the health care insurance industry issues and that support pro-business and pro-employer's legislation in Texas.
