Please join us at the The Westin Galleria for TABA's 2022 Spring Conference.  Conference dates are April 28 & 29th. This event is live. 


The host hotel is the Westin Galleria Dallas, 13340 Dallas Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75240.  It is adjacent to the Galleria Dallas Shopping Mall.  It has two in-house restuarants and multiple restaurants within walking distance.  Self Parking is free.  The hotel is 18 miles from Love Field Airport and 16.1 miles to DFW Airport.

The Room Block at the host hotel is full.  We have an overflow room block at the AC Marriott Hotel, one block from the Westin.  The room rate is $164/night, with free parking and in room wifi. To book a room at the AC Marriott:

Conference registration rates  are listed below.  There is a discounted rate for additional registrants from the same company.  Your dues must be current to register at the "Member rate".  Contact Phyllis Campbell if you are not sure about the status of your dues.  Late fees apply to registration fees after Wednesday, April 6th.

Foundations of Self-Funding  Seminar

TABA is offering a second track at this conference that will run simultaneously with the main conference.  The title of the second track is “Self-Funding Basics.”  This seminar is for agents and brokers, those who are looking to increase their knowledge and skills in specific components of the industry, and those who are just beginning their journey in the self-funding industry.

There are 9 sessions, some with TDI CE Credits, covering regulatory issues that are changing at the federal and state level, Stop Loss, PBM’s, Specialty Drugs, Organ Transplant Programs and more.

We think you will find these sessions and speakers both interesting and very informative.  Registration is on the conference registration page as “Self-Funding Basics Seminar”.  The cost is $425 per person.

Golf Outing at Coyote Ridge, 1640 W Hebron Parkway, Carrollton.  Tee times will start at 1:00 on Wednesday, April 27th.  You can register and pay on this website. You must pre-register to play.  Select "Golf Only" if you have already registered to attend the conference.  

A portion of the golf fees go to TABA's PAC fund.  The PAC fund makes contributions to the campaings of Texas House and Senate Candidates that support the Self-funding industry and Texas Employers.

This conference is a live event – both attendees and speakers.  If you have any reason to believe you may be COVID positive or know that you have been exposed – We ask that you respect the health and wellbeing of all conference participants and not attend this conference. 

There is no vaccine or mask mandate.  Masks will be available if you prefer to wear one.  If you have not been vaccinated or and you do not have natural immunity, please consider carefully when making your decision to register for this conference.  Any refund of conference fees will be in accordance with the refund timing on the registration website.

We will continue to watch all federal and state guidelines concerning COVID.  The health and welfare of our members and attendees is a primary concern – but is ultimately your personal decision and responsibility when deciding to attend a live event.
