About the Webinar:
Words matter. Boosting engagement and experiencing sustained improvement in outcomes requires an in-depth understanding of member behavior and the factors that influence member decision-making. For health plans to be successful in changing behavior and improving performance, it is critical that they tackle these behavioral factors head-on, and for member communications and interventions to be personalized, targeted and efficient. In this session, Dr. Krull will explore how health plan data can be used to deliver relevant and personalized communications to improve outcomes.
