Join us for our Customer Forum at the Brisbane Powerhouse

Through our forums we aim to share best practice and work together on opportunities and challenges.

We'll focus on what's important to you and your business, discussing what's working well and areas that we can work on to improve your experience with CHEP.

In the half day session you'll have an opportunity to:

• Share your views and experiences with other members within the industry
• Network with attendees in similar roles and discuss opportunities for better collaboration
• Workshop new initiatives being developed 
• Talk with local CHEP specialists
• See first-hand new platform innovations

New to our forum program this year

Optional afternoon myCHEP training

In this interactive session we will cover some of the more advanced features available to you in myCHEP including:

• The ability to raise transfers, issues and returns in bulk
• Movement corrections including how to correct multiple movements at the same time
• Advance reporting features including report scheduling 
• User settings and management

Please feel free to bring your own laptop if you have one available, and you will be able to follow along while looking at your own account information. Not to worry if you can’t, we will run the training session through one of our accounts on the day.
