ESSEX Conference July 21 & 22, 2023

Summer Meeting

Our ESSEX conference is your opportunity for great fellowship, learning and being around people like you with a passion for Youth Exchange.

Registration will open at 3:00 PM on Friday afternoon in the hospitality room. There will be an optional session at 8:00 PM Friday evening.

The official start of the conference begins at 8:30 AM Saturday. Look for the full agenda on the ESSEX website in July!

Jim Rumrill and District 7870 will be supplying the hospitality room with great goodies and beverages.

• Saturday (No Dinner) Breakfast/Lunch/Breaks @ $135.00 per person
• Dinner Only @ $75.00 per person
• PLEASE NOTE THAT SUNDAY BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED
