Meet and Greet with Community Partners and Providers

This year Tri County Care Management Organization and the Family Support Organization of Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren are hosting a meet and greet opportunity for staff to connect with each other as well as network with our community partners and provider agencies.

*By registering and/or attending the Tri County CMO and Family Support Organization of Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren (FSO-HSW) 2022 Meet & Greet our CMO Provider Agencies at Forest Lodge, you and all participants in your group acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 (including any variants) and VOLUNTARILY assume risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 (including any variants).
