Twelfth Annual Lunch & Laughs With a Legal Legend

The West Virginia Bar Foundation's Board of Directors invites members of the judiciary, the legal profession, and the general public to attend the Twelfth Annual Lunch & Laughs with a Legal Legend on Friday, September 15, 2023, at the Erickson Alumni Center in Morgantown, beginning at 11:30 am.

This year's honored guest will be:

WVU College of Law, Steptoe & Johnson Professor of Law & Technology

Marjorie A. McDiarmid

Lunch & Laughs events are not to be missed. Three "roasters" will have the opportunity to tell stories and tales about the Professor, with additional time afterwards for the Professor to respond. The proceeds from the Lunch & Laughs event are divided between the honoree's selected charitable recipient, the WVU Clinical Law Program, and the WV Bar Foundation.

The Master of Ceremonies, Jena Martin, will entertain us throughout the program while she introduces each of the roasters. The three roasters are:

Table sponsorships of $1,250 are provided a reserved table with 6 seats. Additional sponsorship packages are available. Individual tickets can be purchased for $75. Can't attend the in-person event? Register as a Non-Attending Supporter, and 100% of your registration fee will go toward these philanthropic programs.
