Rachel Stroud started her yoga journey many years ago and quickly realized her desire to bring others alongside so they could begin their own healing path through
yoga. Not long after she completed her certification through Kindness Yoga Studio, she was introduced to yoga for trauma survivors (Trauma-informed Yoga), and pursued her 35-hour certification in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga. She now teaches yoga at Kula Yoga Center and provides Trauma-informed classes on a need basis for survivors of various types of trauma.
