2019 BANY Annual Meeting and Marketplace

The Bus Association of New York's (BANY) Annual Meeting and Marketplace will be held October 20-22, 2019. This year our event will be at the exciting Wind Creek Bethlehem in Bethlehem, PA. We take this opportunity to invite you to join us!

Our planning committee has worked diligently on top notch programming that will be of interest to all. Click on our Agenda to see what we have planned for you.

The meeting agenda is filled with additional educational and informative presentations. We've invited speakers from the New York State Department of Transportation and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to address our group. Representatives from the nation’s leading bus associations, the American Bus Association and United Motorcoach Association, will highlight the latest information on legislative and regulatory issues facing the industry. 

Specific seminar topics include discussing the legalization of marijuana and its impacts on the motorcoach and tourism industry, a session on branding from the NY Sherpa and an update on TSA's recent security initiatives. The 2019 agenda is filled to capacity with important and pertinent presentations that are sure to benefit all of our delegates.

Aside from the formal sessions, you will have the opportunity to browse vendor tables as well as step-on to a number of motorcoaches on display. Nothing is more valuable then networking with your colleagues and vendors.

And let us not forget, the BANY Marketplace where delegates have the opportunity to meet with operators in five minute sessions. This year we are pleased to offer two Marketplace sessions, one on Monday afternoon and another on Tuesday morning. Whether you are a supplier or a tour and travel representative, this is your time to sell your product, destination or venue!

 We have hotel rooms available at the Wind Creek Bethlehem for our Marketplace dates. Room rates are $149 for single or double adult occupancy, per night, plus tax.
